Refund and Exchanges
Cancellation Policy
If you would want to cancel your orders before they are dispatched, please send an email to bforlys@aol.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return them unopened for a full refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for covering the expense of returning the order to us. We do not cover orders cost that are returned but become lost in transit.
Claim for lost parcel
Within 20 days of shipping, you must notify us by email @ bforlys@aol.com or by phone @ (+44) 07495894569 with the order number and date of purchase in order for us to investigate any claims for lost packages.
A claim for a lost parcel will be rendered null and void if the parcel are discovered or are no longer considered to be lost.
The customer must provide signed written substantiation that the item has not been received.
Damaged Item Return Policy
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are required to notify us by email or telephone within 20 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this 20‑day period will not be accepted. A return of the damaged or defective item is mandatory, and the returned item must be received by us within the same 20‑day window for a refund to be considered. Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected to verify the reported issue. Following inspection, a refund or replacement will be provided in accordance with our return policies. When submitting a claim, you must include clear photographic evidence of the damage along with your order details.
